.::How to trace your mobile phone in case of stolen ::.

Actually there are a lot of cases in,india when peoples get lost their mobile phone or get stolen their phones by thieves.. Hence therefore the chennai police has launched a email  id for users to get back their mobile phones..

Follow some easy steps to get back ur mobile..

1. From your mobile phone dial *#06# on dialpad..

2. It will show you a 15 digit numerical id which is known as IMEI   (International mobile identity number )

3.  Note down this number to any safe place..

4.  In cass if ur mobile get stolen u have to send this IMEI to cop@vsnl.net with following information..
  * your name 
  * IMEI 
  * phone model no.
  * mobile number
  * email
  * last used mobile no.
  * address
  * missed date
  * manufacture date

Its an automated gps based  system which is operated by chennai police.. after 24 hour it will send ulacation of ur mobile.. :)
