1.go to www.google.com
2.search XAMPP
3.Download the XAMPP
4.Now take XAMPP in your computer C drive .
5.After that just Intall The XAMPP
6.Now go to search in your computer
7.Now type XAMPP pannel in Your Search Box Of Your computer.
8.After that go to  open files from XAMPP pannel.
9.After that go to Htdoc and enter there.
10.paste the PHP file you want to test offline inside the htdoc file .
11.after that open your browser of your computer.
          NOW
Type
www.localhost/your php file address
Now you are able to open PHP file offline....
