Create a Folder Without Folder Name

Every one of us create a multiple folder in our computer. some create a folder for images while some create a folder to keep movies and videos. But all the folder that we create contains a folder name like music, movies, Images etc. 

If we create a folder with a folder name in a computer it is easy to locate by all the people using the computer. so, inorder to make third person feel hard to search the folder that we don't want to share we can create a folder without a folder name.

Follow these simple steps below to create a folder without a folder name.

1. Right click where ever you want the folder to be created and create a new folder.

2. Right Click on the folder and hit rename. Erase the name of the folder so the area is empty.

3. Hold down ALT key and press 0160 on the number pad (make sure Num Lock is on).

4. Once you are done release ALT.You should now have a blank name with nothing but a folder next to it.

5. Now click on the nameless folder and right click and Select Properties.

6. Go to the Customize tab.

7. Find and press the Change Icon button. Scroll through the icons until you find one that has no image.

You are all done !!!

In case if you are wondering how it works, by pressing Alt+0160 , you are actually assigning the name as space.
