“Facebook Mentions is only available to people with verified Pages. To request a verified badge for your Page, please fill out this form”.
***If your page does not fit the requirements, the drop down will disappear and a message will tell you that your pages are not eligible.
4. If you have an eligible page, select the Facebook Fan Page from the drop-down list.
5. Attach a photo of your ID if you’re a public figure or articles of incorporation if you represent a media, entertainment or sports company. (You can add more than one piece of identification, If you have them)
6. If you have an official website then you should also add the official website. This will speed up the process.

You will receive a message indicating your request has been submitted. After 2 or 3 days, Facebook will identify your page and if they found your page to be genuine, they will verify your FB page and inform you via Email.
